Tiaras come supplied in a presentation box, they are posted in a protective cardboard outer box. All Jewellery comes gift wrapped.

Payment

We accept various methods of payment.

You can pay securely via Pay Pal online.Pay Pal accept all major credit/debit cards.Pay Pal requires registration for first time users

Cheques/Postal Orders. We accept cheques that are made to J Thomas at the the address on the contact page. Email us if you would like to be sent a personalised quote. If required, we can confirm by email when the cheque/postal order has been received.

Please note: all cheques must be received within 7 days of the order date or the order will be cancelled and this will affect your waiting time.

We make every effort to ensure a delivery time of 5-10 working days upon receipt of payment (larger orders may take longer, please give us plenty of notice plus the date of your wedding).

Jewellery

Some of our standard jewellery designs can be dispatched within 2-3 days.

The prices for all items exclude delivery charges

All orders over £30 will be sent by courier service which will make sure your wedding jewellery or tiara will arrive safely to its destination. This is a next day delivery service (from when the item is dispatched) with online tracking of your order.

All orders under £30.00

will be posted by recorded Delivery

Orders under £29.99

£3.50 (Royal Mail recorded)

Orders £100 and over will be posted free of charge

Shopping Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 7 days. A refund will be made upon return of the order minus delivery costs. Return postage will not be refunded and we advise you to obtain proof of return postage.

Semi/Bespoke orders are returnable minus 50% customization fee (due to the personalization).
 
We regret we do not accept any returns after a 7day period and items received after this time will be deemed as your property.

Each item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt (buyer is responsible for return postage costs).

Refunds will not be given for used goods or goods returned after your wedding.

We have the right to refuse items if we suspect our returns policy is being abused.

All returns will be will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.


In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged please contact us immediately so we can arrange return of the item. We will then send you a replacement and will re-reimburse you for the cost of the return postage.

To return the item: if under £30 in value must be sent by recorded delivery, and over £30 must be sent by special delivery. If this is not done and the item is damaged in the post, a refund cannot be guaranteed .
